BPR Lofts

Amidst the core of an evolving Uptown Waterloo, the BPR is a small boutique building consisting of 18 residential soft lofts with open ceilings, oversized windows and exposed ductwork. The building’s unique design lends itself well to the loft-inspired feel with abundant windows and ample natural light.

The brickwork of the BPR lofts was designed to give an industrial two-tone look, with a mix of red brick with cream coloured accented pattern brickwork.
